Who we are (and why “best friend”)
Most people who ship an RV or a boat do it once or twice in their life. They don’t know the industry, and the industry knows it. Quotes change after booking, a different company shows up, and nobody answers the phone when the truck is late.

The name is a promise we can measure. A friend tells you the real price up front. A friend picks up the phone. A friend tells you when the plan changes, before you have to ask.
Direct carrier: what it means for you
There are two kinds of companies in vehicle transport. Brokers sell you a quote and then look for a truck to haul it. Carriers own the trucks and do the hauling. Best Friend Transport LLC is a carrier.
What that changes for you:
- The quote is the price. We price the load on our own costs, not on what a third-party driver will accept next week.
- No hand-offs. Your RV or boat moves on our equipment, with our drivers or drivers from our affiliate, Jobe Kemba Transport LLC.
- One dispatcher, start to finish. The person who books your load is the person who tracks it and calls you at delivery.
- Real answers. When you ask where the truck is, we know, because it’s ours.

The fleet

We match the truck to the load. A fifth wheel needs a truck with the right hitch and capacity. A boat over 8.5 ft (102 in) wide needs state permits and sometimes an escort. We tell you which setup your move needs and why, before you book.

Every FMCSA-registered carrier must carry liability insurance. You can confirm our status and insurance on file at FMCSA SAFER by searching our USDOT or MC number. Ask us for a certificate of insurance and we will send it with your booking.
How we work
Values are easy to write. These are the rules we actually follow on every load:
- Firm quote in writing. No “estimate” that grows at delivery.
- Photos at pickup and delivery. You get them too.
- Updates before you ask. Pickup, en route and arrival, by call, text or WhatsApp.
- Honest scheduling. We give you a realistic pickup window, never a guaranteed date we can’t control.
- 24/7 dispatch. Breakdowns and storms don’t keep office hours, so neither do we.
