Fill out the form and a dispatcher gets back to you with a firm price. It takes a few minutes, it’s free and there’s no obligation.
What we need for your quote
Have this ready and your price will be accurate the first time:
- Pickup and delivery: city and ZIP code for both ends. A dealer, storage lot, marina or home address all work.
- Your unit: year, make and model. For a fifth wheel, travel trailer or motorhome, the length. For a boat, length, beam (width) and whether it sits on its own trailer.
- Height and weight, if you know them. Anything wider than 8.5 ft (102 in) needs state permits, so the exact width matters.
- Dates: when it’s ready for pickup and when it needs to arrive.
- Does it run and roll? A unit with flat tires, bad brakes or no lights needs a different setup.
Moving more than one unit, or a fleet of trailers? Tell us in the notes. Dealers and rental companies can also ask about Power Only trucking.
What happens next
- A dispatcher reviews your request. A real person, not an auto-reply.
- You get a firm price. We call, text or WhatsApp you with the price and a realistic pickup window.
- You confirm. We send the booking details in writing, and the same dispatcher stays with your load until delivery.
Want to understand the numbers first? Our RV transport cost guide explains what moves the price up or down.
Prefer to call?
Some moves are easier to explain by phone. Call sales at (239) 763-5447 or message us on WhatsApp at (954) 899-9436. We answer 24/7, in English and Spanish.
Why quote with a direct carrier
When you get a quote from a broker, the price is a guess at what some other trucker will accept. If nobody takes it, the price goes up or the date slips. Best Friend Transport LLC (USDOT 4241168, MC 1642448) owns the trucks, so the quote is the price and the company you book is the company that shows up.
